Two ways to reduce your 90% flu risk

Do you often catch flu and cold in winter, here I would share two tips that can reduce your 90% risk. 1. Generally washing your nose everyday, better use cold water. Typically if you were in a crowd environment that have people caught flu, you may feel your nose itching and easy to sneeze, for which you need to pay attention, at the first time of this situation, please go to wash your nose, doesn’t matter cold or warm water. You can use a one time used cup, filling with water, suck with your nose gently (please note control the strength well that don’t get yourself choked by water). Your can use this way flexible when you feel not comfortable.2. Take one tablet of natural Vitamin C during everyday during high risky period, personally I would not recommend to take VC everyday, just for special time.I’m once the kind of people very easy to be attacked by flu, but after I implement the two ways, my frequency of catching flu reduced from 6-8 time a year to 1 time a year now, so I share the way here.

Although these two ways are very effective, but the most important is you should practice frequently and have a healthy life habit.
