1,Quit smoking immediately, the completely quit smoking or gradualy quit smoking both methods will be suceeded in 3-4 monthes.

2,Throw out all your Cigarettes, lighters and Ashtray.

3, Avoild to go smoking places and participate smoking activities.

4,Drinking water after the meal, or take fruit and take a walk for forgetting the idea of smoking after meal's idea.

5,When the craving of smoking coming, you should have deep breath or take chewing gum. Don’t use snacks instead of smoking in case become too fat.

6,Resist smoking temptation and remind yourself continuously “one more cigarette will destroy your successful smoking quitting plan.
